Cleo is probably the most fashionable of the "cats in hats" series with her animal print cloche' hat. Adding a feather or two gives a feminine touch. Cleo was actually my studio cat however I just could not get her to wear the hat for a photo so had to improvise some.
This is a beginner level project done on 8"x10" Crescent White suede mat board using Prismacolor Premier colored pencils.
