This design reminds me of doing plein air painting. The local insects and critters always seemed to be curious and more than once I found one trying to become part of the painting. This was designed for a HOOT show with the theme of The Buzz About Painting.
The original painting was created on 5"x11" white Multimedia ArtBoard or other watercolor surface using Derwent Watercolor Pencils.
The tutorial includes product use information, instructions, line pattern, colored worksheet and photo.
